President, Pasumai Thyagam (Green Motherland) an NGO based in Tamil Nadu, engaged in environmental upgradation and concerned activities; this organization has planted more than six lakhs saplings in barren lands throughout Tamil Nadu and has de-silted several ponds, lakes, irrigation of canals, etc. so far; the organization is engaged in propagating rain water harvesting methods among rural masses and inculcating in them their significance in construction of dwelling units
